made it with Bryce and PS 7... I started out with a Sphere and made som Spikes poiting out of it.. then a few minutes after.. then I had this.. Ok, I used maybe an hour if not more.. :)

how i did them, I started out with a plain, sphere, then i added the spikes inside the sphere so it would look like the it was spiked, then I added more details. I finished off with adding the texture, who was blue metal.. :)
